Guarantee

All products are manufactured to customer specified sizes, made of the highest quality lumber, both select and unselect, and using time-honored techniques. Variations in the tone of the wood is a natural and inherent quality of the material. We manufacture unfinished wood products that may warp, twist or crack within 24 hours if not treated and handled properly. A warp or twist of 3/16” is not considered a defect. A twist is measured by placing the face of the door against a true plane surface. Doors are measured to the nearest 1/16”.
If our products are handled in accordance with our recommended guidelines, most problems can be avoided or minimized and provide years of durable and beautiful service.
